Delete your account

Store - account and data deletion

1. In the app

Open the app > Profile > My details > Delete my account. Your account is deleted straight away.

2. Delete here (email accounts)

If you created your account with an email and password, log in to delete it now.

3. Request deletion (mobile-number accounts)

If you logged in with your mobile number, send us a request. We will erase your data and confirm it.

What is deleted

Your login, profile (name, mobile number, email, saved address) and ratings/feedback.
Your name, number, address and notes on past orders.

Order items and amounts (without your personal details), for accounting and legal records.
A record that your mobile number used the first-order offer, to prevent misuse.

An order that is still being packed or delivered must be completed before the account can be deleted.
